The estimated annual salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000, depending on your level of experience.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of our home health agency
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Lead and develop a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and streamline operations
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health or related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home health
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
