Role Overview: The President/CEO will be responsible for shaping AGI's strategic vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the sustainability of our mission. Reporting to a governance-focused Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee a staff of 7 and a larger organization of more than 475 employees. The ideal candidate will honor our rich history while leading us toward an innovative and impactful future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision and innovative plans to advance AGI's Mission.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability, including capital funding and resource development.
• Lead and mentor the senior management team while fostering strong collaboration with the Board and other Goodwill agencies.
• Drive community awareness and enhance AGI's brand equity.
• Represent AGI locally, nationally, and internationally within the Goodwill network.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of multi-location executive leadership experience.
• Graduate degree in business or public administration.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and fundraising.
• Leadership experience in for-profit and nonprofit sectors, preferably within the Goodwill network.
• Strong ability to articulate a vision and motivate a diverse workforce.
