The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the activation of Finesse’s earned and paid influencer marketing retainer, supporting the Influencer Manager with overall strategy, day-to-day operations, and campaign support. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to build a roster that will drive the most buzz, engagement, conversation, and conversion, as aligned with business objectives and goals.
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding and experience working with US TikTok creators on an organic and paid basis.
- Execute brand campaigns with creators, handling deliverables, timelines, and communication
- Establish and maintain regular communications with influencers, talent management, and influencer networks to build and cultivate partnerships between influencers and team.
- Work alongside assigned talent managers to ensure smooth branded collaborations
- Track campaigns, creators, and deliverables in our internal CMS, doing so in a responsible and organized manner
- Support and oversee talent coordinators on the team
- Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
- Assist creators in PR, events, gifting, and other support
- Strong understanding of budget distribution and negotiating contracted influencer deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple assignments and changing priorities
Ideal candidate
This candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with strong timeline organization, and experience with metric reporting and analysis. The ideal person will have proven experience assisting in identifying and engaging influencers, supporting outreach programs, and project-managing digital launches. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and a proven track record of successful influencer organic and paid campaigns within the fashion industry.

Recommended Background
- Proven experience in influencer management and event planning
- Existing relationships with agencies and influencers
- Interest in fashion and pop culture
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create financial models - you know your way around an Excel sheet
- Demonstrated capability in deal negotiation, contract management, and contract renewals
- Understanding of PR and ability to research and pose critical questions to ensure brand integrity
- Exceptional at communication and reporting skills to convey your work to management.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, particularly when it comes to Gen Z.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and social media tools.
- Self-starter and solution seeker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and team based environment.
