What Youll Do Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through a consultative, solutions-focused approach. Deliver engaging presentations and showcase our cutting-edge water and ice purification systems. Research and identify new potential clients to expand our reach within Tampa Bay. Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers. Demonstrate water and ice machine solutions effectively, tailoring proposals to meet client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales management, logistics, and technical services to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, which are based on the number of units sold. Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress utilizing WCCs CRM system. Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and new product developments to continually refine sales strategies. What You Bring B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required; we are willing to train driven candidates who are passionate about starting a career in sales. A passion for providing solutions that improve the health and wellness of the modern office. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others. A strategic mindset for planning sales approaches and forecasting future opportunities.
