Together we work to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money and materials which end up in landfills.Job Duties and Responsibilities:As a Surface Experts Business Development Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.In the Field Daily:Meeting with 12-15 contacts a day.On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-upsVisiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Relationship Development:Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitationsValidating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improveEarning the trust with our Customers through servingBrainstorming and researching new customer opportunitiesFollow Sales Process:Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practiceDocumenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in betweenReporting data accurately daily/weeklyPlanning and executing sales strategy for territoryRequired Qualifications:Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energeticEnjoys working with other peopleLicensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving recordProfessional, caring and service-mindedReadiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales teamBonus Qualifications:General working knowledge of property management and/or construction industryExperience using CRM tool and processExperience working in base + commission environmentCompensation: $52,500.00 - $85,000.00 per yearAbout Surface Experts:Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle.
