We have an exciting roster of innovative medical device clients who are changing how healthcare is delivered. Our focus is on working with clients who are developing products and services that improve the quality of peoples' lives—from consumer health products to innovative medical device technologies, in both the B2B and B2C spaces.The Account Manager will be the client's key, day-to-day agency representative and maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. They must be knowledgeable in both the client’s business and the agency business, with an emphasis on brand strategy, digital marketing programs, websites, and social media, and an understanding of analytics is a plus. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of agency experience and excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills. Strong writing expertise is needed for writing proposals and creative briefs. Attention to detail, organization and client relationship-building skills are required to ensure a strong agency representation to our clients.
