In the role of Medical Equipment Planner II, we'll count on you to: Provide medical equipment solutions to clients in a variety of locations and throughout all areas of medical treatment and processes Facilitate user group meetings to assist in the process Discuss advantages and disadvantages of specific types of medical equipment, and help clients select equipment for their individual healthcare environments, including the inventory, assessment and incorporation of existing equipment Work with a Senior Planner and the design team, including architects, engineers and other consultants, to fully incorporate the equipment needs of the project Prepare reports, schedules, location drawings/documents and budgets for the planned equipment Must be able to travel approximately 50% Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED Preference given to local candidates Required Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of medical equipment planning experience Individuals with a clinical background involving Nursing, Purchasing, Biomedical Engineering or other Clinical specialties will be given strong consideration Significant understanding of medical equipment and the hospital environment Ability to interact professionally with healthcare clients and design team members Knowledge of current Medical Equipment technology Very strong communication skills Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Access) An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
