Ultrasonic Technician

Job Description

ANDT Inspection LLC. is seeking Level II Ultrasonic Testing with additional Testing disciplines such as CWI, Magnetic Particle, PT, VT, and Bolting would be a plus.  Fulltime/permanent positions, with benefits.

Responsibilities:

Perform Level II UT, MT and other inspections

Execute the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the product

Perform daily system performance tests on equipment to ensure compliance with NDT standards

Calibration of equipment – DAC Curves a plus

Perform inspection duties, organize, and generate reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation

Prepare reports on all testing and evaluations to the appropriate department

Ensure that the equipment used for testing is functioning correctly and in accordance with all applicable safety regulations

Additional duties as assigned

Communicate with client representatives as required

Maintain all safety procedures during a project

Meet deadlines set by management and the client

Maintain a positive attitude

Any other tasks assigned by management
