You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging a consultative approach to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, as you will be working closely with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large organizations. You’ll work in collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver seamless sales experiences and drive long-term customer satisfaction.This role is in office at the Palo Alto, CA headquarters.Reporting to: TrueLark Head of Sales.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will OwnIdentify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals within the DSO sectorDrive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closingDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executivesCollaborate with internal teams to provide a tailored solution for each clientAchieve and exceed sales quotas by successfully closing high-value enterprise contractsManage and expand existing accounts, ensuring customer retention and satisfactionProvide feedback to the product team to help refine and develop new features based on client needsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM toolsQualificationsWhat You Will Need to Accomplish the JobBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology salesProven success in exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex dealsStrong negotiation skills with a consultative approach to salesExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executivesExperience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of acollaborative teamWhat Will Make Us Love YouExperience in the dental services or healthcare technology sectorFamiliarity with AI solutions and SaaS platformsHigh emotional intelligence and a strong ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to a growing companyWhy This Role Is ExcitingThis role is a key part of TrueLark’s growth strategy.
