This includes managing supply chain, budget, clinical practice, staff recruitment and retention, labor relations, education, employee evaluations, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.The Clinical Manager collaborates with clinical directors, physicians, and staff to ensure high standards of patient care and responsiveness to patient and family needs. As the nursing leader, they create and empower teams to implement changes that improve clinical, operational, and financial performance. They also develop and achieve unit goals.QualificationsBachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred (may be in progress)Minimum three (3) years of clinical leadership experienceMinimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a specialty areaExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to organize, prioritize, and delegateCurrent California RN license requiredBasic Life Support certificationSpecialty certification preferredDepartment-Specific RequirementsInterventional and Operating Room: Current fire and safety certification within 90 days of hireSalary Range$95.02 - $142.53 USD per hourPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsThis role involves mostly sedentary work, with occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
