Use your passion to enhance the MedVet experience.We are looking for:Veterinary Clinical ManagerSchedule:The ideal candidate will have flexible availability across all shifts, as our ER operates 24/7. The role also involves working as a technician on the floor 50% of the time.Compensation:This salaried position ranges from $86,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and skillset.Responsibilities:Ensure the healthcare team has the necessary resources and tools to deliver the MedVet Experience.Coach team members on process improvement to maintain efficiency and sustainability.Collaborate with other departments.Develop and monitor schedules to optimize workflow.Recommend and oversee the purchase of supplies and equipment.Manage department financial decisions and health.Lead change and foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture.Provide clinical onboarding and ongoing performance feedback.Address client and referral partner concerns collaboratively.Create annual performance and development plans for team members.Attract and retain talented team members by providing meaningful work and professional growth opportunities.Split time between clinical and administrative duties, with at least 50% on administrative tasks.Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Emergency veterinary experience required.Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Availability to work at least 40 hours in the hospital, with flexibility for after-hours and weekends.Perks and Benefits:Career growth and development opportunities.Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits.Spending accounts (HSA, FSA), 401(k) with employer match, PTO, parental leave, and more.Employee pet discounts and pet insurance.Continuing education support.MedVet is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free organization, requiring a drug screen and background check for employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
