The Company

Strata Talent Solutions is a rapidly growing recruitment agency partnering with emerging companies across Life Sciences, Tech, and Finance. We focus on delivering a tailored search to organizations in these sectors across North America with an emphasis on talent retention. The Opportunity

As the Head of Business Development you will focus on partnering with companies, building new relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new business. You will be Employee #4. This person will need a strong business development track record with direct experience in the agency recruiting. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Director and VP+ level. This role will also have autonomy and will build the entire BD/Sales function, eventually building a BD/Sales team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience (in life sciences, tech, or finance) Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies; can provide billing history Focused and goal-oriented
