Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Finance Director, this position oversees and maintains all state subsidized childcare contracts and billing records for the YMCA of Metro North. The primary responsibilities of this position are the filling and maintaining of state awarded childcare contracts and vouchers for maximum enrollment as well as ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations as they relate to the state childcare contracts and vouchers. This position is our association representative to all parents and families who currently qualify for a state childcare subsidy, are inquiring about a state childcare subsidy, and those who previously qualified for a state childcare subsidy.

Qualifications Associate degree preferred.

Two or more years related business management or office management experience preferred.

Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred

Knowledge and use of CCFA and Kinderwait software systems preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to develop and use spreadsheets and standard business software systems.

**SKILLS:**

Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, accuracy, critical thinking, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ability to effectively communicate, tactical and strategic thinking, understand the relationship of the general public to the association.

Develop a thorough understanding, and keep up to date, on all Early Education & Care (EEC) Policies and Regulations pertaining to all aspects of childcare subsidies. Will need to have a complete understanding of EECs Financial Assistance Policy Guide and Financial Assistance Procedures Manual. Develop a thorough understanding, and keep up to date, on the knowledge and use of CCFA and Kinderwait software systems. Maintain accurate records/files for each contracted slot/voucher, meeting all documentation requirements for EEC financial assistance. Cause-Driven Leadership Competencies
