Eligibility: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders, as this is a true contract-to-hire position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Develop and implement identity and access management solutions to enhance security and compliance within the organization.
  • System Management: Manage and maintain IAM systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and manage roles and permissions for user access across the organization.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor and audit IAM activities to promptly identify and resolve any issues.
  • Third-Party Integration Support: Provide support for the integration of third-party applications with the existing IAM infrastructure.
  • Documentation Development: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IAM procedures and policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies to recommend and implement enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • IAM Expertise: Proven experience in identity and access management with a solid understanding of IAM technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance requirements related to data protection and user privacy.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Desired Experience:

  • Professional Background: 3-5 years of experience in IAM-related roles.
  • Familiarity with IAM Platforms: Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD is a plus.
  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and process improvement.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a financial services environment is beneficial.
