The University of New England College of Dental Medicine (UNE CDM) is seeking a Director of Recruitment, Enrollment, and Student Success to join our team. The Director of Recruitment, Enrollment, and Student Success is responsible for overseeing all aspects of attracting, enrolling, and supporting students throughout their academic journey. The Director works collaboratively with the college’s leadership including Assistant/Associate Deans, Department Chairs, and Assistant/Associate Directors as well as University colleagues. Key Responsibilities Develop key relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support program development and strategic initiatives. Manage the admissions process for predoctoral and Advanced Standing Track candidates, liaise with Office of Graduate Admissions. Oversee enrollment pipeline programs to attract and expand the pool of qualified dental applicants. Implement strategies to support student retention, academic progress, and overall well‑being. Lead early intervention strategies and student success initiatives. Serve on CDM Leadership Council and other committees. Assist in onboarding new faculty and professional staff related to student success. Support accreditation site visits and compliance tracking. Travel 10–15 % of the year to conferences, events, and training. Supervise the CDM Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator. Monitor and evaluate programmatic effectiveness and work collaboratively with administration for improvement. Engage in continuous quality improvement and data analysis for program goals. Participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in education, psychology, administration, or related discipline. 10+ years of higher education experience working with graduate and/or professional students. Prior leadership experience in student affairs or academic administration. Comprehensive understanding of academic administration in graduate or professional education. Experience with student recruitment, admissions, and support workflows. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience advising students on complex and confidential matters. Strong critical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Brightspace and Google Suite.
