Services to be Performed:
Documentation, program management, support of ongoing work within HR Operations

Job Description:
Research, coordinate, and recommend process enhancements to the division's operations, write procedures, and complete projects as directed. Represent department in the design, development, testing, and implementation of system changes, new systems, or changes in policy and procedures. Provide support for business group as required. Represent the Business/Operations side of the project, and coordinate with Project Manager and project leads from constituent departments; act as liaison between offices, corporate departments, and system groups. Typically requires two years of post-high school education, and 5+ years of operation and analytical experience.
