We are looking for an HR JR. who will monitor compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as company policies, notify managers of potential issues, and propose corrective action. They will prepare and preserve personnel records, organizational charts, accident records, training records, and other human resources data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
