A Leading Investment Firm is looking for an Operations Analyst to enhance their Shareholder Services team. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor's degree, with a focus on KYC and client onboarding processes. This position calls for a motivated team player who takes initiative and thrives under pressure.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform due diligence for both new and current Third Party Distributors and intermediaries.
  • Gain expertise in our comprehensive Due Diligence Framework.
  • Oversee the due diligence review process, guiding it from initial steps to final agreement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to secure required approvals during the review.
  • Engage in special projects, including those aimed at improving automation and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for distributors.
  • Manage additional tasks such as monitoring reports and conducting red flag reviews.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is essential.
  • Understanding of financial markets and related products.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Client Onboarding and KYC practices is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
