Most people don't know what a wire harness is. Think of it as the central nervous system that powers all complex machinery from cars, to planes, rocket ships, coffee machines, dishwashers, tractors, industrial machines, medical devices, and more. It's a massive industry that's still running on Excel spreadsheets and email. We launched our first product in January 2025 and have been growing rapidly. This is a blue ocean market with no direct competitors in an industry ready for transformation. Your Role As an Account Executive at Cableteque, you'll own the full sales cycle with wire harness manufacturers across North America. These are businesses that haven't used modern software and you'll be showing them a better way to operate. Your day-to-day will include: Prospect aggressively into new accounts and re-engage existing leads Run discovery calls with executives, supply chain teams, and engineers Deliver product demos tailored to each manufacturer's workflow Multi-thread within accounts to navigate decision-makers Build and manage your pipeline in HubSpot Expand existing accounts What success looks like: Ramp to productivity within 60 days Consistently hit monthly quota through disciplined pipeline management 40-50+ outbound prospecting activities per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn) High-quality discovery and demos that move deals forward Closing 7-10 new customers per month, ~$1.2M in new ARR annually, and 30 day average sales cycles Who Thrives Here We care about who you are, not just what you've sold. Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social) Experience selling products with 30-90 day sales cycles Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills Based in Southern California Comfortable working in-office 3 days per week in Huntington Beach Bonus points: SaaS or software sales experience SMB or mid-market sales background Manufacturing, industrial, or technical product sales experience Sold into supply chain, operations, or engineering buyers Compensation Base salary + commission structure Year 1 OTE: $120K-$150K (high performers exceed this) Health insurance fully covered Equity appreciation rights with real upside potential Location & Work Setup Based in Huntington Beach, CA Hybrid: In-office 3 days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
