The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for driving profitable growth within a defined region by leading business development efforts, strengthening client relationships, and executing the company’s strategic sales plan. This role combines direct selling with leadership. Ensuring sales representatives within the territory are meeting performance expectations while consistently building new opportunities and expanding American Window Film’s market presence.
