Position Summary The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for driving enrollment growth and expanding BBMA’s reach by cultivating strategic relationships with corporations, employers, and community organizations. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Enrollment, this role develops and executes strategies that translate partnerships into direct enrollment, brand visibility, and long‑term family engagement, including employer‑sponsored childcare programs, tuition discount agreements, and community sponsorships, positioning BBMA as the childcare provider of choice for working families. Build employer‑sponsored childcare programs, tuition discounts, and benefit collaborations. Create seamless enrollment pathways for families referred through partners. Marketing & Brand Partner with Marketing on campaigns, outreach, and co‑branded materials. Position BBMA’s Passport to Learning, Heart Projects, and flexible care options as key differentiators. Represent BBMA at HR/benefits conferences, industry events, and community forums. Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison for corporate and community partners. Strengthen relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Develop sponsorship and co‑marketing opportunities that deliver mutual value. Measurement & Reporting Track and report on partnership‑driven enrollment, retention, and revenue. Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to the VP of Marketing & Enrollment. Monitor competitor activity in employer‑sponsored childcare and enrollment partnerships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing partnerships, business development, or enrollment‑focused roles. Demonstrated success in building partnerships that drove measurable enrollment or revenue growth. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Familiarity with early childhood education, employer benefits, or family services preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
