Increase CTD’s profitability by actively seeking and developing new business relationships, contacts and opportunities to meet CTD Sales goals while maintaining and expanding service offerings to current clients. Execute sales strategy, identify customer needs, and devise innovative solutions to those needs.

Account Manager will be asked to work with current client list to expand business as well as target other local companies for new business.

Develop New Business - Identify potential customers, make cold calls and engage in other prospecting efforts, create and present effective marketing materials. Use sales tracking and development software (Tracker) to track progress within the sales cycle and manage client contacts.

Develop Current Customer Base - Maintain current customer base through open communication and a commitment to service. Identify additional customer needs and offer innovative solutions to increase service provisions to current clients.

REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF:

Company product and service offerings and capabilities

CTD is a full-service staffing/recruiting firm providing qualified resources to our clients in Information Technology, Administrative/Operational and Accounting/Finance. CTD provides contract, contract to hire and perm resources on a nationwide basis.

Industry terminology and trends

Successful sales processes and cycles

Customer and sales management software (Bullhorn)

REQUIRES SKILL IN:

Completes job description form and submits to recruiting via Bullhorn

Recruiters source candidates that meet skills needed

Recruiters submit formatted resume to account manager with qualifying info

Account Manager should connect with candidate to screen

Account Manager will submit resume to hiring manager along with rate, etc.

Hiring Manager chooses to interview and notifies Account Manager

Account Manager and recruiter work to schedule interview (phone or in person)

If in person interview locally, Account Manager will escort candidate to interview and introduce

If phone, Account Manager will coordinate phone call/skype

Account Manager will follow up with hiring manager
