Role Description

This is a full-time traveling role for a Lead Superintendent. The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring project safety and quality standards, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications


  • Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision skills
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • OSHA certification is a plus
