Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Navarre, FL. The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and facilitating communication. The role involves assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and supporting executives in managing priorities and strategic goals. This an unpaid internship that coild lead to a full time position. If you are open to the life of a startip let me lnow because this coild lead to a full time permanent position. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Familiarity with office management tools and software is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
