Overview Adaptive Sports at Mount Snow is seeking a Seasonal Program Director to lead our winter adaptive ski and snowboard programs. This full-time role focuses on volunteer recruitment and development, adaptive lesson programming, and overseeing all aspects of winter operations. While this role is currently seasonal, there is potential for expansion into year-round leadership as the organization evaluates further summer programming. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and support volunteers to deliver high-quality adaptive lessons. Manage daily ski and snowboard program operations, ensuring safety and excellence. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and participant experience. Serve as primary contact for volunteers, families, and Mount Snow staff. Contribute to planning for future summer program expansion. Qualifications Experience in program management, outdoor education, or adaptive sports. Strong skills in volunteer coordination and team leadership. Knowledge of adaptive skiing/snowboarding preferred. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Availability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season.
