Program Director – Hematology‑Oncology FellowshipThe Bayhealth Cancer Institute is seeking a visionary and dedicated physician to serve as the Program Director for our ACGME‑accredited Hematology‑Oncology Fellowship Program. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the next generation of hematologists and oncologists in a dynamic academic and clinical environment.Location: Dover, DE, USAQualificationsBoard‑certified in Hematology and/or Medical OncologyMinimum of 3 years of clinical experience post‑fellowshipAdministrative experience and at least three years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME‑accredited internal medicine residency or hematology or medical oncology fellowship.Demonstrated commitment to medical education and mentorship.Eligibility for medical licensure in Delaware.About the EmployerThe Bayhealth Cancer Institute was founded to deliver the best cancer care in Delaware by providing state‑of‑the‑art treatment, clinical research, education and prevention to the people of our region through comprehensive, compassionate, and cutting‑edge care. Bayhealth utilizes EPIC and EPIC Beacon, incorporating NCCN Guidelines into our care plans, enabling the cancer care teams a longitudinal overview of the patient’s clinical care pathway.
