Our strength lies in unity, and, in being focused on people, just as our motto says : "Digital transformation centered around people."Now, here's the opportunity We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join the team working across both Deployflow and Recoverable. Your degree isn't our priority but your attitude, drive, and determination are what matter most. If you're someone who thrives in new environments, enjoys brainstorming fresh ideas, embraces challenges, learns from setbacks, and truly sees yourself making an impact here, we want to hear from you.What Success Looks Like :Help shape and contribute to quarterly and monthly business development plans.Hit and exceed KPI targets through high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn).Proactively source, research, and qualify high-value prospects, targeting the right decision-makers for Recoverable's solutions.Stay current on industry trends by attending webinars, following market shifts, and applying insights to your approach.Take full ownership of your pipeline : track, manage, and continuously fill it with new opportunities in the CRM.Bridge the gap between interest and conversion, meet (and surpass) monthly and quarterly targets.Continually refine and A / B test messaging to optimize email, call, and LinkedIn outreach.Understand your prospects deeply, their pain points, challenges, and motivations, before making contact.Communicate value clearly and conversationally, showing prospects how Recoverable solves real business problems.Plan with intent, set weekly goals, create actionable tasks, and deliver measurable results.Be accountable, keep leadership updated, share learnings openly, and look for continuous improvement.What You Offer :4+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.Excellent communication and listening skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.A proven and measurable track record of sales success.A fresh and strategic perspective on how to present value propositions.Ability to organize and manage multiple prospecting campaigns at once.A quality-driven approach, you focus on impact, not just numbers.Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.A growth-oriented, strategic mindset.What We Offer :A fully remote work environment.20 days of paid annual leave (plus Bank Holidays).Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Company laptop and all necessary equipment.Team social events to stay connected and engaged.Competitive commission structure based on closed sales. #J-18808-Ljbffr
