We make time to share the power of yoga together, celebrate milestones and find joy in the present moment.THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA AREA SALES ADVISORCorePower Yoga is looking for an Area Sales Advisor to support with driving yoga product and membership sales through building relationships and providing an extraordinary experience for our students in partnership with multiple Area/Studio/District Managers.This individual will be responsible for driving sales with a motivating and enthusiastic attitude.You’ll thrive in this position with an outgoing personality, high level of organization, and the ability to build rapport and quickly convert.Position will be responsible for driving sales in a 2/3-studio area. The Area Sales Advisor will be responsible for 60-100 memberships per month as a metric of success. Some travel will be required as the position will carry a reasonability for sales over 2/3 studio area.Incumbents may travel to various other facilities to promote the Core Power Yoga product. This position is full-time and may require availability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evening and/or morning shifts and holidays.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESProspect new & existing students & facilitate CPY experienceGenerate leads from classes, events and studio inquiriesPractice consistent follow-up and drive membership conversionSupport and help build in-studio and market engagement and activationsDrive brand awareness through events and relationship building with local businesses and partners; via existing and identifying new opportunitiesKnow top students/VIP members and always deliver a high level of hospitalityMaintain marketing material; re-stock flyers, remove old and outdated materials, replenish supply of scan and referral cardsEffectively and efficiently communicate with Field and Studio Support Center Leadership all pertinent informationAccountability for driving shared membership/ student financial goalsOwn the student experience in the studio; help direct student issuesAbility to learn and use POS system; have expertise and assist/train instructors in how to effectively sell and use the systemsClose approximately 60-100 memberships per month.EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSExcellent sales, written and verbal communicationConfidence to meet and exceed sales targetsFriendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitudeTeam playerPassion for building community & relationships; ability to create meaningful connections with a diverse groupTechnically savvy and proficient in Microsoft OfficeHighly organizedStrong cross-functional collaboratorAbility to close a sale and meet sales goalsGoal-oriented with time management skillsFlexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPrevious sales experience, 3+ years preferred selling monthly and annual subscription productsRepresent and be an ambassador for the CorePower Yoga brandMust be able to work in a stationary position, move and walk around event and office spaces, and lift occasionally up to 25 lbsMust demonstrate CorePower Yoga values: Attitude of Gratitude and Optimism, Team Player, Deliver Results and Live our MissionBENEFITSCompany offered Medical, Dental Vision plansCompany Paid Life and AD&D insuranceEmployee assistance program401(k)Generous paid time off policiesTHE PERKSFree All Access Membership for youFree All Access Membership for a Plus One30% off Retail with access to 50% during employee LOVE sales throughout the yearWHO WE ARECorePower Yoga is sharing the transformative power of yoga with every mind, everybody, everywhere.
