Primary Services is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to support a prominent client in the energy sector. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in customer service, operations, or contract management who is ready to grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Contracts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing customer and third-party contracts while ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive daily production assignments to support the contracts management team.
  • Create documents using pre-established form templates.
  • Enter data according to standard work processes and procedures.
  • Research issues related to transactions that failed to process due to errors or incomplete information.
  • Review and analyze documents for quality control, identifying issues and escalating them to subject matter experts.
  • Pull and update reports as directed to maintain accurate contract records.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that arise during the lifecycle of contracts.
  • Perform additional duties as required based on project needs and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work across various departments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Understanding of deregulated retail electricity or natural gas markets (preferred).
  • Previous experience in Customer Care or Operations is a plus.
