Responsibilities:

  • Vet the Existing Operating Procedures (EOP) Vendor Master List to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify contract details such as contract numbers, effective dates, yearly storm rates, scope of work, and point of contact information.
  • Assist in the migration of contracts from CLMA to Coupa, reviewing and validating contract details during the transition process.
  • Identify and update contract types in Coupa to reflect "EOP Contract" status as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for EOP Contracts Master Report and associated documentation.
  • Create comprehensive workflows and "How to" documents for EOP contract management processes.
  • Conduct analysis on EOP contract rates by scope of work and explore opportunities for pre-negotiating rates to streamline invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with the EOP Contracts Manager, Business Units, and Legal Department to standardize commercial language and scope of work structures across contracts.
  • Work closely with Digital Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to define and implement efficient workflows for contract management, fund allocation, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project management, preferably within a regulated industry such as utilities.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, including contract types, terms, and conditions.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and influence stakeholders.
