Overview A healthcare company is seeking an experienced Intake Manager to oversee and lead a small intake team. This role involves managing department operations, training staff, setting goals, and ensuring the intake process is efficient, compliant, and patient-centered. Responsibilities Leading and managing the intake department team Training, mentoring, and supporting intake representatives Setting team goals and ensuring targets are achieved Organizing and streamlining intake processes for efficiency Monitoring compliance and accuracy in patient documentation Serving as the point of escalation for intake-related issues Ideal Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in healthcare intake Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance Proactive and results-driven This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of intake operations and support the growth of a healthcare company.
