If you're looking to grow with an innovative team where you can make an impact within a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment-we're the place for you About Your PositionCONSTANT is seeking an Analyst to support the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODRR). The mission of ODRR is to connect individuals, businesses, and private non-profits with SBA disaster assistance programs and improve disaster recovery outcomes and economic resilience by helping communities prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against disasters of all types.This Is What You'll DoThe Analyst will support disaster preparedness and recovery efforts by conducting thorough research, analyzing data, and developing performance metrics. Conduct research and data collection to support disaster preparedness and recovery initiativesAnalyze data to identify trends, assess risks, and inform decision-makingDevelop and maintain performance metrics to track program progress and effectivenessAssist with project testing and documentationRecord meeting content and provide facilitation supportPrepare clear and concise reports and presentations of research findingsStay up-to-date on relevant disaster management trends and best practicesQualificationsTo be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Emergency Management, Data Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (experience with specific tools a plus)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to obtain and maintain a public trust clearanceIdeal candidates may also possess several of the following skills and qualifications: Experience conducting data collection and analysisExperience developing performance metrics and measuring program effectivenessExperience with project testing and documentation is a plusExperience with disaster preparedness, response, or recovery (or a related field) is a plusLocation, Compensation & BenefitsThis is a remote position; however, must reside in one of the following states: AL, CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WATravel may be required (
