What is The Role We’re looking for a People Analytics Partner to join our HR Analytics team at Elastic. You'll collaborate with leaders to translate strategy into insights, recommend actions, and define how success is measured. This role blends analytics consulting, survey science, technical savviness, and storytelling to help leaders make confident, evidence-based talent decisions about our people and programs. What You Will Be Doing Turn data into decisions Partner with HRBPs and global business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, define hypotheses, and scope analytics projects that align to company priorities. Deliver end-to-end analysis, from intake through execution and measurement, turning data into actionable recommendations. Drive confidence by creating clear, tailored insights that elevate decision quality across programs and talent strategies. Consult, advise and influence project prioritization based on impact to Elasticians and our business. Lead lifecycle survey programs Design, evolve and deploy our employee lifecycle survey strategy, aligned to Elastic's priorities. Perform analyses in Glint and connect Elastician feedback to outcomes and actions across tools and datasets. Enable the future of a data driven HR Bring customer voice and business context back to build tools, dashboards, and AI-powered self-service experiences that scale globally. Grow data proficiency across the organization by building self-service content and training leaders to use AI-enabled insights. What You Bring 6–8 years of global experience in HR/People Analytics or a related field with strong consulting success. Deep expertise designing, deploying, and analyzing employee lifecycle surveys (e.g., Glint, Culture Amp, Qualtrics), with a strong grasp of survey methodology, measurement, and action planning. Broad understanding of HR programs and metrics across the employee lifecycle. A builder’s approach, comfortable crafting solutions, frameworks, and processes in a fast-evolving analytics environment. Proven record of translating business strategy into data questions and measurable outcomes. Proficiency in data visualization tools (One Model, Visier, Tableau, Power BI) and comfort querying data (SQL, R, or Python a plus). Strong storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience across geographies and time zones, tailoring insights to diverse audiences. Curiosity about AI and how it can simplify insight delivery and decision support. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
