A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INDUSTRIAL MINING PROJECT DIRECTOR

As the Project Director, you oversee the project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. With your exceptional organizational skills, you facilitate efficient scheduling. You keep your finger on the pulse of all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction. Conducting yourself with integrity and using your exceptional communication skills, you maintain an excellent rapport with them at all times.

You are invested in our company and work hard to promote its success. Under your leadership, the project managers are inspired to take pride in their work and know precisely what is expected of them. Due to your exceptional ability to delegate efficiently and appropriately, you don't have to spend as much time on-site as you might otherwise. Though you do enjoy traveling and meeting with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INDUSTRIAL/MECHANICAL PROJECT DIRECTOR

Extensive industrial knowledge/experience.

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Ability and willingness to travel.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in the appropriate industry is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
