Responsibilities
- Review/Audit projects in Buildertend/Resi for missing items such as change orders, field measurements, finance documents, & service contracts
- Conduct over-the-phone contract reviews with Sales Representatives at point of sale
- Accurately transfer contract information into accounting forms
- Keep a daily log of individual projects to ensure projects are expedited efficiently
- Schedule field measures and provide tentative installation dates via Salesforce (CRM)
- Follow up with assigned clients to ensure timely installation of projects
- Promptly communicate with internal departments (scheduling, accounting, project management, installation, & sales) via Outlook
- Handle a high call volume of warranty calls & deliver exceptional customer service
- One year of general office experience or one year experience in customer service (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness to safeguard sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high call volume
- Strong customer service orientation and positive approach in handling challenging issues
- Ability to de-escalate "hot" situations
- Teamplayer mentality, and ability to work well under pressure
- Comfortable using software systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, and Buildertrend (internal)
- Bilingual is a plus
- Data entry skills is a plus
- $17 an hour
