    • Respond to incoming communications from customers
    • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues
    What You Bring to the Role
    • Bilingual
    • At least 6 months of customer service experience (or a willingness to learn if you don't have any relevant experience)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Driver's license (preferred but not required)
