Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, EverCharge operates a factory in Hayward, CA, which supplies EVSEs for its customers across North America.
The Vice President of Operations
Will have a strong background in construction, project management, and revenue forecasting to oversee our company's operational activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, optimizing operational processes, and forecasting revenue to support company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance, project status, and key metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison between operational functions and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management
Job Title and Compensation:
- The base salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000, based on full-time employment.
- Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
