Procore is a cloud-based construction management software that provides a platform for construction professionals to manage projects, resources, and financials from project start to finish. It is designed to improve collaboration among stakeholders, streamline workflows, and provide real-time access to project information.
Job Description:
User Management: Managing user accounts, setting up new users, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring team members have the appropriate access.
1. Project Setup: Configuring new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to align with project needs.
2. Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.
3. System Configuration: Customizing the Procore environment to meet organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.
4. Data Management: Ensuring project data is accurately entered, maintained, and backed up, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
5. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Resolving technical issues within Procore and working with Procore’s support team when necessary.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports to help project managers monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Compliance and Security: Ensuring Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.
