Attention to detail, reliability, and a compassionate approach is a must. The intake specialist is the face of the law firm. So your position and role is the most important role at the firm. Without you, the firm will not be able to move forward with helping potential clients resolve their family law issues. As the intake specialist, you are responsible for the intake of information including communication with the case manager at the firm. You will be responsible for properly scheduling clients on the firm’s calendar and sending each client payment links for their consultation fee. Are you looking for a fast-paced, growing law firm? The firm is looking for an individual with a strong desire to help clients and a willingness to go the extra mile to succeed. We are looking for a person who is comfortable using computers and technology in a fast-paced environment. If you are bi-lingual this would be an added plus due to the firm transition into personal injury cases starting on January 1, 2024, with a focus on helping the Hispanic community.
