Job Summary Responsible for partnering with corporate and Operating Companies (OpCos) to further develop and execute growth strategies within the Hispanic/Latin segment. This role partners closely with OpCo leadership, sales teams, and corporate resources to influence decision-making, accelerate execution, and drive measurable growth in Independent Hispanic/Latin segment cases, customers, and branded product penetration. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Hispanic/Latin segment to further penetrate and expand new customer base, market share, and branded product presence across assigned OpCos. Collaborate with field leadership and Corporate Procurement to build a product portfolio that leverages exclusive brands aligned with customer needs and regional opportunities. Provide clear leadership related to segment's sales activities via effective and efficient sales management, coaching/training, communication, and visibility in the market. Conduct comprehensive business and trend analysis, including financial, market, and competitive activity; track and report KPIs such as cases, accounts, and branded product growth to align with goals. Develop and deliver impactful presentations and training sessions for sales meetings, customer visits, trade shows, and product cuttings to strengthen product knowledge and execution in the field. Prepare and present business reviews, reports, and strategic recommendations to corporate and OpCo leaders, suppliers, and customers in support of the Hispanic/Latin segment strategy. Perform other related duties as assigned to best serve the company and advance segment growth. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 5–7 years of sales, sales management, or field operations within the foodservice industry. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
