**$300 SIGN ON BONUS NOW AVAILABLE** We're looking for a FT Prep Cook/Cook to become part of the dining team at Showalter Center, our standalone assisted living community. This is an essential role within the kitchen that requires precision and the ability to stay on task in a busy kitchen environment. Careful communication with the servers and dining supervisors will be essential. Some previous cooking experience will be valuable to success in this position.

**The expected starting rate for this position is $12.25.** The expected schedule for this position is flexible.

We also have a robust benefits package. FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire. In addition, we offer a low-cost HSA plan, free meals for each shift that you work, and access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

**Requirements** :

* Excellent customer service skills
