We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Prep Cook to join our Food Services team at The Bristal Assisted Living. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of meals for residents and employees
  • Ensure all food temperatures are checked prior to meal service
  • Garnish all plates before they leave the kitchen area
  • Participate in other kitchen functions as necessary, including dishwasher, utilities, line cook, and prep cook

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a busy kitchen or food preparation area
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to follow all rules, regulations, policies, and sanitary standards established by management
