What You Will Be Doing Executing ground‑up campus builds—from undeveloped sites to certificate of occupancy—across multiple U.S. cities. Producing feasibility analyses, budget projections, and permitting risk evaluations that inform site selection decisions. Designing milestone‑based construction roadmaps and delivery schedules, orchestrating internal and external stakeholders. Navigating permitting schedules and regulatory complexities across different jurisdictions, forecasting delays and eliminating obstacles. Engaging vendors and ensuring accountability through defined scopes, service‑level agreements, and escalation protocols.
