The role involves reading and following standard work instructions, BOMs, blueprints, and other diagrams to build and assemble parts and equipment accurately and timely. You will handle material, tools, and equipment manually or with jib cranes, connect hydraulic/pneumatic hosing, maintain high quality standards, and ensure consistent productivity. Additional tasks include spray painting parts, welding, preparing machinery for shipping, and rebuilding machinery.**Hard Skills**+ Mechanical assembly+ Hydraulic and pneumatic assembly+ Welding+ Electrical wiring+ Reading blueprints/schematics+ Wire harness assembly+ Using hand and power tools**Soft Skills**+ Attention to detail+ Ability to follow instructions+ Teamwork+ Technical inclination+ Productivity**Job Type**This is a permanent position.**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.**Work Environment**Small manufacturing shop, working hours are 6 AM - 4:30 PM from Monday to Thursday with up to 10 hours of overtime.
