DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events and Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about event planning, marketing, and creating memorable experiences. As an Events and Promotions Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of events and promotional activities that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site setup.Support promotional activities, such as product launches, brand activations, and community outreach programs.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event and promotional strategies.Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities are executed on schedule.Engage with event attendees to promote products and services, answer questions, and provide a positive brand experience.Help maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure they are properly distributed at events.Assist in post-event analysis, including gathering feedback, tracking results, and reporting on the success of each event.Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing event-related communications.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Creative thinker with a passion for event planning and promotions.Experience with event planning or promotional activities is an advantage but not required.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).What We Offer:Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancement.Hands-on experience in event planning and promotions.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional development and training.The chance to be part of exciting events and campaigns that make a real impact.
