*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of this role include daily, nightly, and weekend work distribution, data analytics, exception handling, project support, and fostering cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency with formulas in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in Outlook, good analytical skills, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and strong cross-functional communication abilities.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Daily/Nightly/Weekend Work Distribution:* Coordinate and manage the distribution of daily, nightly, and weekend tasks to ensure timely completion.
* *Typical Work Schedule:* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Weekends as needed for work distribution. This may vary depending on project/projects allocation and project/projects time zone.
* *Data Analytics:* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
* *Exception Handling:* Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
* *Project Support:* Assist with various projects by providing data analysis, reporting, and support as needed.
* *Proficiency with Formulas in Microsoft Excel:* Utilize advanced Excel formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
* *Proficiency in Outlook:* Manage email communication, scheduling, and task management within Outlook.
* *Analytical Skills:* Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
* *Problem Solving and Organizational Skills:* Proactively identify and solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* *Out-of-the-Box Thinking:* Think creatively to develop innovative solutions and approaches to challenges.
* *Cross-Functional Communication Skills:* Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

*Qualifications:*

Proficiency with formulas in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, and PivotTables.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and departments.

Prior experience in data coordination, analysis, or a related field is preferred but not required.
