Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Establish and manage the business development and sales department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads. Design and implement effective sales processes and best practices to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands. Set and manage sales targets, monitor performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness. Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of business development and sales initiatives, KPIs, and ROI. Implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer retention goals. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new sales technologies and techniques as appropriate. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additional Responsibilities Lead go-to-market strategies for new services, driving growth and demand generation efforts.
