Design Collective by Cintas is seeking a Business Development Specialist to promote our products to new and existing customers through outbound phone calls within an assigned portfolio to ensure year‑over‑year growth. This position is responsible for understanding the customer’s objectives and positioning Design Collective as the apparel partner of choice; collaborating with field sales to ensure customers understand all available solutions; working cross‑functionally to ensure timely project completion; leading professional virtual presentations; educating customers about our online ordering platform; and collecting and managing data through our contact management system. Position may also become a subject‑matter expert for the department, run process‑improvement projects and visit local properties as necessary. Skills / Qualifications Required: Previous experience successfully meeting sales and performance goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet/Intranet required. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
