Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in food service or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and provide feedback. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices, including HACCP guidelines. Familiarity with computerized management tools and record-keeping systems.
