Account Executive — High-Growth Startup (Onsite | Coral Gables, FL) We’re working with a fast-growing company in the digital payments and business infrastructure space that’s scaling its sales team. They’re looking for multiple Account Executives to join right away and help drive growth during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, wants real earning potential, and loves being part of a tight-knit, driven team. What You’ll Do Run a high volume of daily inbound video demos (10–15 per day) with a strong close rate — most prospects are highly qualified Sign up new clients and guide them through the onboarding process Earn commission on client activations Upsell a new product line launching now — additional commission for value-added sales Manage your pipeline, track activity, and consistently meet or exceed targets Collaborate closely with a supportive team that’s focused on growth and performance What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, high-velocity, or transactional sales Experience running demos and managing a fast sales cycle is highly preferred A self-starter mindset — you thrive on high activity and closing deals Strong communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly Traits that match the team’s culture: honest, ambitious, teachable, creative, and hardworking Comfortable working on video calls — all demos are run virtually What You’ll Get $72K base salary plus uncapped commission — realistic total compensation is $150K–$200K+ Stock option eligibility after six months The chance to grow your career with a company that’s scaling fast and values its people Location Onsite at the Coral Gables, FL office.
